Sales Coordination Specialist

Deliver quality support to Sales Execution and Sales Steering teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare rate quotations and filter rate requests to ensure cargo alignment with company aspirations and optimize vessel utilization.
  • Follow the Four Eye principle for BCO/tender contracts and maintain super user access/knowledge of FIS for rate terms and surcharges.
  • Review quotations based on contribution and imbalances aspects using FIS pre-calculation.
  • Coordinate with Trade Management for service contract proposals and special rate offers.
  • Handle free time & waiver applications, maintain contracts and amendments, and manage customer disputes.
  • Update CRM with rate offers, customer follow-ups, and KPI performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in the maritime sector.
  • Active knowledge of English 'maritime' language, MS Office, and sales techniques.
  • Assertive negotiator, team player, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
