Job Title: Music Industry Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Music Industry Professional to join our team at Believe. As an Account Manager – Label, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic clients and defining the best solutions to maximize client satisfaction and services execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train clients to use Believe's own tech solutions for distribution and marketing.
  • Manage a Customer Relation Management dashboard.
  • Lead complex after-sales discussions with an innovative approach.
  • Analyze and keep track of sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, music business, or a related field.
  • Passionate about technology, data, and artists/label development.
  • Experience in the music industry within a distributor, record label, management company preferred.
