Job Description

As a BPM Developer at Hexaware Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using Appian. You will work closely with our team to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Appian with overall 8+ years of industry experience
• Strong hands-on active experience includes designing UI SAIL forms for Tempo environment, CDTs that interact with external databases, and role-based access control Appian components
• Development of records and reports using SAIL, building/consumption of WEB/SOAP/REST services, and sound understanding of server-side properties used by Appian
• Ability to elaborate use cases in Appian, articulate application requirements, and interpret them relevant to Appian
• Database knowledge on handling tables and stored procedures, handling Appian packaging and deployment (CI/CD), and experience with embedded SAIL
• Hands-on experience in writing Appian plugins (includes Smart Services, Function Plugins, and Servlet Plugins), connected systems, and component UI plugins
