Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and JPA/Hibernate.\
  • Design and implement data models, algorithms, and data structures to ensure efficient data processing and storage.\
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to identify and prioritize features, develop technical roadmaps, and estimate project timelines.\
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry benchmarks to maintain high-quality codebases.\
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.\
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.\
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\
  • Analyze complex problems, identify creative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the curve.\
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge bases to promote knowledge sharing and facilitate onboarding.\

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.\
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.\
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing data models, algorithms, and data structures.\
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and lean software development principles.\
  • Familiarity with cloud-native application development, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).\
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing strategies, and quality assurance processes.\
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify creative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\
  • Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\\$
