Sales Professional for Salon Partnerships in Bangalore

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team at SVAYO By Infinitied Labs, where you will play a crucial role in acquiring salon and stylist partners for our Bangalore territory.
Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the beauty industry using advanced technology and data-driven insights.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for driving business transactions and revenue growth as per set targets for offline channels.
- Build strategies to increase revenue streams for our partners and execute campaigns to reach out to potential partners in the given territory.
- Roll out new services and products to our existing partners and gather periodic feedback from them to share with our management team.
- You will also handle customer grievances and manage escalations in the assigned region.
Requirements:
- A graduate with 0-2 years of experience in field operations, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and a win-win attitude to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi, with the ability to multitask and have an eye for detail.
- A strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with good understanding of how to use smartphone apps.
- The ideal candidate should own a motorbike and have a valid driving license, with comfort working with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Bonus Points:
- Partner/supply acquisition experience in online aggregator startups like OYO, Zomato, Magicpin, or Porter will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of other Indian languages is an added advantage.
