As a Senior Manager for US Merchant Marketing Strategy at American Express, you will play a pivotal role in driving merchant marketing excellence through data-driven strategies. Your expertise in analytics and strategy will help derive scalable, central data-driven Test and Learn approaches to optimize AXP network usage.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Closely partner with Marketing, Product, and Investment Optimization teams to implement effective strategies for greater network usage.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to create robust strategies for retaining merchants at risk of going inactive.
  • Continuously evolve strategic priorities, focusing on Card Member POC, Value of Amex to Merchants, and Welcome acceptance.
  • Evaluate accurate measurements, efficient channel planning, and leverage world-class analytics & data science for informed decision-making.
  • Drive a solid background in strategy analytics, technology, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
