Job Title: AEM Technical Lead

 

At The Human Capital Exchange, we are seeking an experienced AEM Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned IT Biz Partner for Adobe Experience Manager & Web presence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our Digital Assets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop highly scalable, highly available systems, providing architecture services for integrated and high-performing AEM solutions.

 

2. Create cross-platform architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, and CDP.

 

3. Collaborate with business teams to create & drive brand experiences for various consumer-facing digital touchpoints.

 

4. Drive 1P data acceleration initiatives in coordination with Marketing Services, Brands, and external agencies.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5, including implementation of 2+ full-cycle AEM projects.

 

2. Adobe Experience Manager certifications or relevant certifications in web content management or related fields.

 

3. Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.

 

4. Good knowledge of rolling out sites using Multi-Site Manager (MSM).

 

5. Develop AEM templates and components using current AEM software releases.

 

6. Approximately 6-10 years of work experience.

 

Good to Have:

 

1. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

 

2. Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework (R6/R7).

 

3. Collaborate effectively with other teams, including QA, UX, etc.

 

4. Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, and Production environments.

 

5. Experience with other CMS platforms and AEM integration with commerce systems (Adobe Magento).

 

6. Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE.

 

7. Basic knowledge of SEO performance monitoring, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).

 

8. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend technologies.

 

9. Familiarity with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling Web Framework, and Apache Felix OSGi Framework.

 

10. Knowledge of Agile methodologies or DevOps practices.

 

11. Manage vendor partner teams of 7-10 people.

 

Educational Qualification: UG + MBA + relevant exp. preferred degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
