As a Cloud Security Software Developer, you will be part of the Cloud Security group within the Security Business Group (SBG). This group focuses on developing cloud-delivered security solutions in a platform-centric approach.
The Cloud Security group operates like a startup, further innovating in a highly radical and high-growth domain. You will be responsible for developing solutions and features to extend and improve the infrastructure of Cloud-Delivered Firewall / SSE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new software features with C, GO, Java, and Python
- Write functional and design specifications
- Perform testing and automation of features and take them to the deployment stage
- Debug and provide solutions for existing deployments
- Participate in/threat modeling, monitoring, and risk management of our infrastructure
- Contribute towards achieving/maintaining compliance such as SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience
- FedRAMP product certification knowledge is a must
- 8 to 10 years of Software development experience with C, GO, Java, and Python
- Experience with containerization and related technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS
- Domain knowledge of Security (encryption, firewalls, secure systems design, vulnerability management, secure software design, credential management, etc.)
You should have exposure to the following:
C, GO, Java and Python
Kubernetes, Docker
AWS
CI/CD, Jenkins
