Oracle Cloud PBCS Implementation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) project.

This high-level role involves end-to-end leadership for full-cycle PBCS engagements, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.

  • Proven track record leading engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.

Beyond that, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate planning and budgeting processes and be able to partner with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

  • Familiarity with EPM Automate for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation team in delivering PBCS solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive planning models, including financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Configuring Oracle Planning applications, including metadata imports, forms and task-flow setup, security model design, and authorizing business rules.
  • Integrating Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud (and other source systems) to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensuring seamless delivery of the project by identifying and mitigating potential risks.

In order to succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience designing and building comprehensive planning models.
  • Strong technical skills configuring Oracle Planning applications.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to related Oracle EPM modules to support cross-product initiatives and future platform expansions.
  • Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands-on project experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.
