Political Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Political Analyst to join our team in the Andhra Pradesh region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the state's political landscape, fluency in Telugu, and the ability to engage with local stakeholders.

This role involves conducting rigorous primary research through phone calls to influencers, focus group discussions, interviews, and investigative methods to understand the social and political landscape of the region. You will also use secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on the state and constituencies.

As a Political Analyst, you will closely follow key political and socio-economic developments in your assigned region and interface with client-side individuals following all relevant protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to logically structure documents and convey complex ideas effectively
  • Proficiency in Telugu is required, while English and Hindi proficiency is preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Understanding of Andhra Pradesh's political landscape
  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
