Role Overview

The Enterprise Business Development Executive role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on driving business growth through strategic engagement with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Bond and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients by comprehending their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Establish and accomplish ambitious sales targets by identifying novel business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and align with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Prospecting:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and trends pertinent to the insurance industry.
    • Proactively pursue new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Policy Presentation and Negotiation:
    • Present persuasive pitches to clients, explaining insurance solutions and negotiating policy terms and conditions to secure deals.
    • Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain adherence to all legal and compliance standards while handling client transactions and business operations.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000. This figure may vary based on factors such as location and individual performance.
