About the Role
In this leadership position, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of responsive web applications that meet the highest standards of user experience and functionality. Your extensive knowledge of React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift will enable you to drive cloud-based development and deployment initiatives. Additionally, your expertise in identity management, testing automation, and REST API development will be crucial in ensuring the security and scalability of our web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leveraging your technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams in the development of full-stack web applications.
- Designing and implementing robust testing frameworks using Jest and Playwright to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Developing and maintaining automated testing suites for CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Postman.
- Maintaining version control systems using Git/GitHub for efficient collaboration and code management.
- Ensuring the security and monitoring of web applications using Splunk and other industry-standard tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in software development and/or functional experience in identity and access management.
- Strong understanding of React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, and continuous integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
Compensation Package
This role comes with a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual compensation of $150,000-$170,000 depending on location and experience.
