Sales Performance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds in accordance with established rules and regulations.
- Provide prompt service to doctors by coordinating CRM, SCM, and addressing customer complaints.
- Expand the customer base by building a comprehensive database.
- Ensure effective marketing activities for the area are conducted.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to higher-ups with analysis.
- Be accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Participate in weekly meetings.
- Handle payment collection and grievances.
- Ensure timely and proper work delivery.
- Coordinate with channel partners for work collection, payment collection, and work delivery.
Requirements:
- Any graduate with proficiency in English.
- Owning a two-wheeler is essential.
- Fresher or prior sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation is necessary.
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales are required.
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and effective communication skills.
