The position of Laison Head requires a professional with a minimum of 12 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience. This is a Full-Time position based in Pune with a salary range of 12 to 15 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between Design & Liaison Architects, various Consultants & Teams.
  • Provide technical inputs pertaining to liaison to the company's Legal Dept. for drafting all Legal / Development Agreements.
  • Liaise with Building proposals dept. / PMRDA / MOEF / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / Licenses.
  • Coordinate with Liaison Architects and revenue depts. /land approval depts. / water and electricity depts.

Requirements:

  • At least 12-15 years of experience in the liaison function for Real Estate companies.
  • Exposure in handling liaison of multiple projects.
  • Experience in handling mix use development proposals under different FSI schemes of Development Control Regulation.
