Job Description

This Software Developer position plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing usable software in tight collaboration with the Product owner, team members, stakeholders, and management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing software applications using ABAP programming language;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions;
  • Testing and debugging software applications to ensure high quality and reliability;
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of coding standards;
  • Maintaining and updating existing software applications to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably with ABAP programming language;
  • Excellent programming skills, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles;
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and database design concepts;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Passion for innovation, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges;
  • Strong modeling skills using UML, with hands-on experience of writing high-quality code and units tests;
  • Goal-oriented team player with good communication skills.
