Key Responsibilities- Stock and maintain kitchen supplies and ingredients in a clean and organized manner.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including equipment and utensils.
- Report any hazards or equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree or certification in culinary arts is an asset.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a team environment.
