Job Title: Growth Marketer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer who works in the education loan domain to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing strategies, performance marketing, CRM systems (Web Engage), marketing automation, and various online advertising platforms. We want to hear from you if you are a creative thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing and a proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads through various digital channels, optimizing the lead funnel to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute a comprehensive content calendar for the social media team aligned with business goals and branding guidelines.
• Write compelling and engaging ad copies for meta ads and Google Ads, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, crafting persuasive copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and other customer communication.
• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, tailoring messages to the unique characteristics of this platform.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance customer journeys, nurturing leads through personalized and relevant content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using relevant metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphic copies for online ads, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
• Possess a strong understanding of landing page best practices, ensuring that landing pages are optimized for conversion.
• Work closely with the CRM team to segment and target customers effectively, enhancing engagement and retention rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (2 years in education loans abroad or study abroad space) in digital marketing focusing on performance marketing and lead generation.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Zoho or Web Engage with the ability to segment and manage customer data effectively.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation processes and tools (Zapier, Zoho Automation).
• Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills for various digital platforms, including social media, email, crafting compelling meta ad copies, and WhatsApp.
• Familiarity with social media management, including content scheduling and community engagement (Telegram).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
