Company Secretary with Compliance Expertise

Vistra is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our company secretarial department, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in company secretarial services, preferably from a client-facing background. Key responsibilities will include generating annual general meeting packs, preparing annual compliance packs, and drafting various documents for change in officers and share charge deliverables. You will also assist in preparing company formation documentation and working on ad-hoc activities as requested by the onsite team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of company secretarial experience
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory concepts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work to targets and take ownership of responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and systems
- Company Secretary/ Semi-qualified CS or Bachelor of Law with CS experience preferred
