About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Relationship Executive to join our team at Aimlay. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, converting leads into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Contact prospective customers through inbound leads provided by the company, follow up on calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  • Sales Conversion: Perform outbound calls to engage potential clients, understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions, deliver effective online demos and explain the company's services to prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs, build long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve monthly sales quotas and contribute to team targets, report weekly sales goals and performance metrics to managers.
  • Tools and Reporting: Utilize CRM or other software to track progress with prospects and maintain records, provide feedback and updates on customer interactions to improve processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new product specifications and service offerings through training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Customer Engagement: Active listening skills with a confident and soft-spoken demeanor, ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Quick problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities, accountability and adaptability to changing client requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales tracking software.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Previous experience as an Admission Counsellor or in Outbound Sales for 1-3 years.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
