Main Duties

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales support and operational expertise to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on order management, contract management, and sales performance analysis.

  • Process, track, and fulfill customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contracts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Forecasting and Planning

  • Develop and implement demand planning processes to accurately forecast sales volumes and customer demand.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with production schedules and inventory levels.

Team Leadership

  • Lead the sales operations team in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills among sales support teams.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators, including sales vs. forecast and budget.
  • Track and analyze customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, resolution time, and lead time.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and IT systems, including ERP and CRM.
