In this role, you will work collaboratively with functional IT analysts, business users, and technical analysts to provide IT solutions. Strong business acumen and communication skills are essential for success in this function.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex problems and provide options/solutions to business users in their daily operations
  • Provide guidance on automation and process execution based on good business process knowledge and Oracle expertise
  • Recognize priority cases and act accordingly. Evaluate options and decide on the best outcome for various stakeholders
  • Understand global Supply Chain processes and translate these into system solutions
  • Flexibility to extend in peak season

Key Qualifications:

To be considered, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in production support
  • Proactive and able to guide
  • Ability to write SQL queries and understand PL-SQL
  • Experience with onsite and offshore models
  • Good functional knowledge in Supply Chain (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, iStore, AME, Costing, Pricing, Intercompany solutions)
  • Ability to work during AP and EMEA hours
  • Knowledge of Month end closure
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Apps Modules
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player and enjoy working in an environment that requires continuous learning
  • Working with 3rd Party technical support on technical issues

Education:

  • Degree in Information Sciences or Supply Chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
  • Fluent English
