About the Role:
Taj Relocations Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Mobility Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Leadership. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Senior Leadership's office and plays a key role in driving efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and Travel Management:
  • Manage the Senior Leadership's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure efficient travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare itineraries and briefings for upcoming trips.
  • Communication and Information Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Senior Leadership, screening calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage the Senior Leadership's inbox, prioritizing and responding to communications as appropriate.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Project and Task Management:
  • Anticipate the Senior Leadership's needs and proactively manage projects and tasks.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the Senior Leadership's decision-making.
  • Follow up on action items and deadlines, ensuring smooth project completion.
  • Office Management:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and support.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
