As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the banking product strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and market needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and promotional activities, ensuring maximum product visibility and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the banking product strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market needs.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to enhance the product portfolio.
- Utilize market research and customer insights to shape the value proposition of banking products, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Identify key features and benefits that differentiate our offerings and drive customer adoption.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on payments, saving accounts, current accounts, and other banking products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation in payments technology.
