Job Title: Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and PoSP queries effectively.
  • Provide accurate product, service, and process information to customers and PoSPs.
  • Gather relevant sales data from customers and PoSPs and present it in an easily readable format.
  • Ensure all sales data is updated in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Follow up with customers and PoSPs to ensure they are satisfied with products received and issues are resolved.
  • Track customer and PoSP satisfaction and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Monitor salesperson performance to ensure they meet sales goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives.
  • Provide necessary data or reports to the sales team to offer insights into sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Share relevant updates and information with the sales team to help improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings between clients, PoSPs, and the sales team as needed.
