Job Description

As a Geospatial Professional, you will play a crucial role in unlocking increased value and growth for our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demarcation of block boundaries according to vesting orders.
  • Fixing lease boundary pillars on the ground using DGPS survey and digitalizing all available maps.
  • Creating cadastral maps for projects by integrating village-wise khasra maps.
  • Conducting topographical surveys and preparing statutory plans for block boundaries.
  • Calculating volumes of overburden and coal using Minex and Surpac software.
  • Updating land acquisition plans continuously.
  • Carrying out survey work using total station, DGPS instruments, LASER Scanners, etc.
  • Preparing and updating statutory maps, reports, and other documents as per the Mines Act.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma in surveying with more than 10 years of experience.
  • A Surveyor's Certificate from DGMS as per CMR 1957/2017.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
