Job Description

We're seeking highly skilled individuals with excellent communication skills to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer queries
  • Soliciting feedback from customers to improve service quality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial or banking industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours, including:

Office shifts: 8 am to 5 pm and 9 am to 6 pm

Work-from-home shifts: 1 pm to 10 pm and 3 pm to 12 am
