Job Description:

 

The primary function of this role is to perform routine, recurring processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. This includes adhering to process service level agreements and developing knowledge and skill in assigned work processes as well as general understanding of the clients business and objectives.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to policy administration and related services of Life or P&C Insurance Policies/Life & Insurance Annuity.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge and skills in assigned work processes as well as general understanding of the clients business and objectives.
  • Understanding and adhering to project and organization quality and compliance standards and any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handling company confidential data according to policy and guidelines.
  • Remaining alert for critical situations regarding customer service issues and escalating to appropriate individuals.

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

Candidates must possess good communication skills (both verbal and written), good analytical and problem-solving skills, be open to working in evening and Night Shifts, have PC literacy, basic knowledge of MS office and email skills, and typing skills with a minimum 25 WPM at 90% accuracy.

 

Desired Skills:

 

Knowledge of US Insurance (preferably Life and Health insurance) and working knowledge of accounting and reconciliation or possession of good understanding on concepts are desired.
