About the Role

ICICIDirect is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Equity Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing new customer acquisition, achieving business targets, and driving equity-related goals across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the acquisition of M52/Prime customers mapped through ICICI Bank PBG RMs and Wealth RMs across branches.
  • Take ownership of key metrics, including new client acquisition numbers, revenue generation, and activation.
  • Conduct client meetings to convert high-potential leads and support branch teams in achieving their equity-related goals.
  • Ensure maximum trade activation among acquired clients to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Maximize conversions to High-Value Prime plans from the total acquisitions.
  • Plan and implement equity marketing strategies at the branch level to enhance business opportunities.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and meetings with branch teams to strengthen their equity-related skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets and a proven track record of driving growth. Prior experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.

Salary Information:
