Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing account openings, maintenance, and closures, as well as handling customer inquiries and instructions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing account opening, maintenance, and closure formalities
  • Handling customer inquiries and instructions
  • Ensuring adherence to process and documentation standards
  • Maintaining strict vigilance on the quality of forms and documentation provided
  • Ensuring timely follow-up with Sales RMs for resolution of outstanding deferrals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
