Drive innovation in digital twin solutions and push the boundaries of immersive experiences. We're seeking a Senior 3D Artist to craft cutting-edge virtual environments and collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to bring interactive, photorealistic worlds to life.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine for environment creation, strong 3D modeling and texturing skills, and expertise in importing and optimizing CAD/BIM files. A deep understanding of lighting, shading, and material creation is also essential, as well as proficiency in UV mapping, baking, LODs, and optimization.

Achieving real-time performance benchmarks and meeting visual standards are crucial aspects of this role. As a Senior 3D Artist, you will be responsible for setting creative and technical benchmarks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior artists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environment Creation: Build and optimize large-scale, photorealistic environments (buildings, cities, interiors) in Unreal Engine.
  • 3D Asset Development: Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets (architecture, props, foliage, lighting, materials).
  • Digital Twin Integration: Import and integrate CAD/BIM/Revit data into interactive Unreal environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure assets and scenes meet real-time performance benchmarks.
  • Art Direction & Mentorship: Set visual standards, provide feedback, and mentor junior artists.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization/digital twins).
  • Core Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
  • Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills.
  • Proven ability to import/optimize CAD/BIM files.
  • Lighting, shading, and material creation.
  • Strong artistic sense of scale, realism, and composition.
