Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to join our team at Pyramid IT Consulting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle HCM with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop complex integration solutions using OIC components such as Adapters, Connections, Integration Flows, Lookup Tables, and Orchestrations.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Design and implement API-based integrations for real-time data exchanges between Oracle Cloud and external systems using REST and SOAP protocols.

- Utilize file-based data integration (FBDI) to handle bulk data migrations and ongoing data synchronization.

- Create and maintain data mappings, transformations, and filters to ensure accurate data flow across systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors or performance bottlenecks, ensuring integration solutions run efficiently and reliably.

- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Integration Cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices to ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud Developer, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in OIC development.

- Strong understanding of OIC components and API design principles.

- Proficient in file-based data integration (FBDI) and automated data processing for Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, and orchestration within OIC.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take ownership of deliverables.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and technical stakeholders.
