About the Role:

Capita is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pune, India. This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-centric individual who can deliver timely and efficient support according to customer requirements and SLAs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing follow-up enquiries and administration while adhering to all policies, processes, and business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
