Job Description: We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Toolyt, a cutting-edge SaaS-based CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting enterprises, mid-market, and SMBs for Toolyt’s CRM solution.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling and in-depth knowledge of Toolyt’s features and benefits.
  3. Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  4. Alignments: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
  5. Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
  6. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and Toolyt’s evolving feature set to effectively communicate value propositions.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  8. Sales Pipeline: Maintain an active sales pipeline, keeping accurate records in CRM systems.

    2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably CRM tools.
    3. Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM systems, SaaS models, and the tech ecosystem.
    5. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    6. Ability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Customer Focus: Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
