What We're Looking For
We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to a variety of audiences. The candidate should have demonstrated familiarity with distributed computing frameworks, software engineering background, and experience with machine learning work, particularly in recommender systems and end-to-end ML lifecycle. The candidate should also have experience with all sizes of ML models, from linear/logistic regression to deep learning, and be able to articulate model performance to a non-technical crowd. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with MLOps frameworks and their use in model tracking and deployment, and be able to automate the model serving pipeline. Preferred qualifications include a history of deploying ML models, familiarity with time-wise tracking of model performance, and diagnosis of data/model drift, as well as familiarity with Dataiku or other data-science-enabling tools.
