Microbiologist Researcher

As a key member of the Microbiology team, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence in product development.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting New Product Development teams to substantiate antimicrobial claims for new projects
• Planning and conducting experiments to evaluate the efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products
• Contributing towards continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and best practices
• Maintaining lab records in compliance with Global Quality standards
• Liaising with external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results
