Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities:

- Handle internal and external calls by transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- Maintain accurate records of EPBAX transactions.
- Welcome all walk-ins and visitors, ensuring their records are up to date.
- Receive and manage vendor bills, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the center maintains a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained environment.
- Promote excellent customer hospitality to all center walk-ins.
- Ensure proper entry of all walk-ins in the register and TAB.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Representative.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven customer handling skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
