Responsibilities:
  • Handle internal and external calls by transferring them to the desired extension numbers.​
  • Maintain accurate records of EPBAX transactions.​
  • Welcome all walk-ins and visitors, ensuring their records are up to date.​
  • Receive and manage vendor bills, maintaining accurate records.​
  • Ensure the center maintains a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained environment.​
  • Promote excellent customer hospitality to all center walk-ins.​
  • Ensure proper entry of all walk-ins in the register and TAB.​

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Representative.​
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.​
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.​
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.​
  • Proven customer handling skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.​
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.​
