User Experience Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for architecting the user experience design for our main product, websites, and mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design and deliver wireframes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders especially product & engineering managers.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Requirements:
  • More than 5+ years as a Product Researcher, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
  • Has extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Has previously designed significant components of a product (as a web application).
  • An available portfolio of design projects.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
