Deputy Manager
Role Overview:Develop strategic plans for targeted accounts, prioritize growth initiatives, and position product portfolio according to customer needs in industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration, processing & refrigeration drives, heat pump, and more.
Primary responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding existing business relationships, key decision-makers, and evaluating major project opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues across segments to ensure account closure, develop relationships with clients post-sales closure, negotiate contracts, and establish performance timelines.
Cross-sell and up-sell to maximize profit, present and report on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives, analyze client data for customer relationship management, and maintain confidentiality while handling multiple accounts efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration required. 7-9 years of experience in sales/strategy, preferably in the F&B sector, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Key attributes include ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
