The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our Software Engineering - Development team. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using ServiceNow HR module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement identified components using design documentation and functional programming specifications.
  • Ensure implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product.
  • Architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
  • Provide work estimates for assigned development work and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Software Development.
  • 4+ Years of experience with ServiceNow HR module development and support and working experience in a cloud-enabled environment.
  • Experience in supporting discovery and service mapping in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Implementation, Configuration, and all types of Development in ServiceNow and Requirement gathering from customer and Designing the technical solution and implementation documents.
  • Experience in API Integration, Workflow Design and use of BR, UI Policies, Client Script, Script Include fulfill the requirement raised by legal team.
  • Experience in creating and managing Service Catalog, Workflows, SLA's, Reporting and Competent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apply the fundamentals of Change Management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to synthetize data and communicate findings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certified/ServiceNow HR certified/ITIL certified.
  • Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and working experience in Agile delivery.
  • ITSM Best Practice Knowledge/Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, SLM, HR and Asset Management Specialist ,ITOM specialist, process strategy & framework, tool implementation.
