We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate will design and execute innovative recruiting strategies, aligning with organizational goals and workforce planning. They will champion a culture of excellence and engagement through strong talent practices, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and leverage technology to enhance recruitment efficiency.

This role requires strong partnership building skills, enabling effective collaboration with HR, department heads, and leadership to drive collaborative recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies, aligning recruitment practices with organizational goals, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and leveraging technology to enhance recruitment efficiency.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job boards.

To be successful in this role, you will require an MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, or equivalent, along with at least 10–12 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition at the corporate level. Prior experience in the philanthropic/social sector will be an added advantage.
