Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Strategist to join our team at D2D Homes in India. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of HR strategy, policies, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Process Management: Manage all HR procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Hiring Needs Identification: Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process.
  • Payroll Reviews and Reporting: Conduct monthly payroll reviews, statistics, and reports.
  • Employee Benefits and Administration: Provide information to employees regarding benefits, insurance, and retirement plans; manage employee data in HRIS; update employee records.
  • Onboarding and Employee Support: Develop and evaluate onboarding plans; provide support for employee administration and processing issues.
  • HR Program Development: Assist in the development and management of HR programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum of X years of HR experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • HR Policies and Practices: Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
    • HRIS and ATS: Experience with HRIS and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
