About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and finalise sales orders for elevator and escalator solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers, architects, and consultants to understand their requirements and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
