Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

The role involves managing the day-to-day tasks of a small team, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and delivering business value that meets customer expectations.

  • Owning the successful delivery of project deliverables.
  • Creating and maintaining PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board.
  • Tracking risks and issues, facilitating problem resolution and managing communication and escalation of issues.

This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia, requiring strong relationships throughout the business and IT organizations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.
