Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Director to lead agency performance at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited. This role is responsible for identifying weaknesses, drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and ensuring improved service and product delivery.

About Us:

Cholamandalam operates from 1204 branches across India with assets under management above INR 1,14,795 Crore. We offer vehicle finance, home loans, loan against property, SME loans, secured business personal loans (SBPL), consumer & small enterprises loans (CSEL) and other financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and train new agents
  • Analyze performance and create action plans
  • Establish strong relationships with staff and clients
  • Ensure good time management among staff
  • Obey agency regulations, guidelines, and policies
  • Research current industry/market trends for business improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, HR or similar
  • 3-5 years of agency experience (managerial experience advantageous)
  • Good leadership and people skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Great networking abilities
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience
