Strategic Sales Consultant

As a Strategic Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our English learning programs, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires high energy, a passion for sales, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction. Prior experience in EdTech, particularly in selling English and Math programs for children aged 4-15, is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in cold calling and lead generation, strong communication and persuasion skills, and experience in handling educational programs for children aged 4-15. They must also have excellent customer relationship-building skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for driving sales.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various sales techniques
- Build relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into satisfied customers
You will be working towards monthly targets, ensuring a steady flow of new enrollments in our programs. You will also collaborate with team members to strategize and improve sales performance.
