
Electronics Talent Acquisition Leader

Role Overview:
This recruitment position involves leading talent acquisition efforts, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure seamless employee onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Designing effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans
- Coordinating employment branding campaigns
- Executing sourcing activities to fill open positions and anticipate future staffing needs
- Overseeing recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Ensuring positive candidate experiences
- Supporting employee retention and development
- Supervising recruiting personnel
- Organizing career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Creating metrics-driven reports to identify areas of improvement
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional
- Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding expertise
- Understanding of various selection methods and techniques
- Proficiency in social media and job boards utilization
- Ability to understand role duties and competencies
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
