Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our Tech Success team in Mumbai. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to employees across various locations, ensuring seamless technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • User account management, including creation, maintenance, and closure
  • Equipment issuance, inventory management, and logistics coordination
  • Technical support for desktop and laptop systems, covering Windows and Mac environments
  • Desk setup and configuration of meeting spaces
  • Escalation and delegation of technical issues to senior team members or wider departments

About the Role

You will work closely with the team to provide friendly and approachable support, translating technical solutions into clear steps for employees with varying technical knowledge. With full training and ongoing support, you will have opportunities to grow and develop within the company while contributing to our goals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and IP configuration
  • Experience with inventory management practices
  • Hands-on experience with dual screen setups and familiarity with hardware cables
  • Ability to set up and support both MacBook and Windows laptops
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory and DNS
  • Preferred experience with Google Admin Console and Google Suite
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of approximately ₹10.50 lakhs - ₹14.50 lakhs per annum, based on location and experience, making it a great opportunity to grow your career with Third Bridge.
