Job Summary

As an AVP-Commercial Partner, you'll play a key role in securing agreements with banks and NBFCs, planning strategic alliances, and negotiating debt agreements. Your commercial expertise will drive growth and profitability, ensuring our product offerings meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate deals with financial institutions to secure agreements
  • Develop and execute alliance strategies to drive growth
  • Negotiate and manage debt agreements, including loans and credit facilities
  • Finalize deals with banking/FI partners to align with product offerings
  • Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions to drive commercial success

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on startups and fintech
  • Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills
  • Proficiency in securing and finalizing contracts
