We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time onsite role will involve managing customer relationships, analysing data to improve customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients, and overseeing program management.

Job Description

The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and providing excellent service and support to existing customers.
  • Analysing feedback and developing new techniques to ensure customer retention.
  • Responding to customer queries and addressing service complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring rapid adoption and enablement of solutions.
  • Identifying customer needs and suggesting new products and services that suit their interests.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Collaborating with different teams and monitoring all aspects of the project, including communication, development, and technology.
  • Providing constant feedback to the delivery team on the customer account environment.
  • Ensuring timely renewals and tracking leaving customers for renewals.
  • Developing new strategies for customer retention activities.
  • Collecting reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Success Lead, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of SAAS-based products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, English communication skills, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the contact centre and customer service is preferred.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
  • The ability to manage cross-functionally both internally and with the customer.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
