We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to oversee the customer service team at Aurionpro ∞ ToshiAutomatic Systems Pvt. Ltd. Key responsibilities include managing a team of representatives, creating policies, and ensuring a standardized level of customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team. A proven track record in customer service and management is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives.
  • Policy Creation: Develop and implement policies to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hiring and Selection: Select and hire new staff members to join the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers to ensure high standards are met.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, ability to lead a team, knowledge of CRM systems, and computer skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
